In 2017, through friendly negotiations between both parties, Zhejiang Tea Group acquired the Indian shares of Zhejiang Tata Tea Industry Technology Co., Ltd. and renamed it Zhejiang Xinghe Tea Industry Technology Co., Ltd. This is an important measure for Zhejiang Tea Group to integrate its industrial chain and achieve strategic transformation and upgrading. The company is located in the Health (Pharmaceutical) Industrial Park of Anji County Economic Development Zone, covering an area of over 34000 square meters, with a registered capital of 161 million yuan. The main business scope is the research and development, production, and sales of tea polyphenols, instant tea, and other tea containing end products. The company has two advanced production lines with an annual output of 2000 tons of tea extract and a consumption of 30000 tons of dry tea raw materials. The main products include instant tea, tea concentrate, EGCG (tea polyphenols), theanine, tea food, tea daily chemical products and other high-tech tea products, mainly sold to developed countries and regions such as the European Union, the United States, and Japan. The company has established strategic cooperative relationships with research institutions such as the Tea Research Institute of Zhejiang University and the Food Biotechnology Research Institute of Zhejiang University. We have successively passed international certifications such as Kosher, Halal, GFSI, and obtained approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to ensure that every production process follows strict international standards.
